MARTIN’S is recruiting team members for the 2027 tourist season in Messinia, Greece.

We are looking for reliable, motivated and professional individuals with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

A. MARTIN’S GIALOVA

01. Retail Sales Assistants

Sales and customer service across clothing, footwear, accessories, beach essentials, gifts and souvenirs.

02. Market & Delicatessen Assistants

Customer service, cashier duties, product display, stock replenishment and shelf organization.

03. Baristas / Café Staff

Coffee and beverage preparation, customer service and workstation organization.

04. Kitchen Staff

Preparation of sandwiches, snacks and fast-food products, including order handling.

05. Night Shift Customer Service Assistants

Customer service, cashier duties and sales during night operations, until 6:00 AM.

06. Night Shift Kitchen Staff

Preparation of hot dogs, sandwiches and street food during night operations, until 6:00 AM.

07. Rentals Assistants

Customer service and management of bicycle, e-bike, scooter, SUP and recreational equipment rentals.

08. Warehouse & Stock Assistants

Receiving deliveries, warehouse organization, inventory handling and stock replenishment.

09. Cleaning & General Support Staff

Cleaning, facility upkeep and general operational support.

10. E-shop & Digital Brand Assistant

E-commerce management, product listings, social media, photography, digital content creation and online brand management.

Employment period: April – October 2027.

B. MARTIN’S NAVARINO AGORA

11. Retail & Customer Service Assistants – 2 positions

Customer service, sales, cashier duties, product displays and stock replenishment across convenience products, books, gifts and everyday essentials.

12. Delivery & Stock Distribution Driver – 1 position

Home delivery of supermarket orders, order picking and preparation, internal stock transfers between locations, and coffee and snack deliveries.

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Employment period: May – September 2027.
• Company car or scooter provided for work duties.
• Appropriate valid driving licence required.

C. BREKO CAFÉ – COSTA NAVARINO

13. Barista & Snack Preparation Staff – 2 positions

BREKO Café, located in the Costa Navarino staff accommodation buildings, is seeking two team members with:

• Previous experience in coffee and beverage preparation.
• Skills in preparing sandwiches, snacks and fast-food products.
• A positive attitude and professional approach.

Employment periods:

• Position 1: April – October 2027.
• Position 2: May – September 2027.

Alternative employment periods may be discussed.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Reliability, responsibility and teamwork.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• English communication skills for customer-facing roles.
• Availability for seasonal employment.
